Ahead of the official launch of Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro in China, the company shared the official image renders of the device on its Redmi Weibo account. In the images shared by the company, the first look of the upcoming phone is looking remarkable. The smartphone has been scheduled to launch along with Mi Pad 4 on June 24. Besides this, the live images of Redmi 6 Pro were leaked by a tipster on the Chinese microblogging site, Weibo. The leaked images revealed that the smartphone could have an iPhone X-like notch design. However, the feature has already been officially confirmed. The other features of the smartphone include a dual camera setup, thin bezels on sides and a fingerprint sensor at the back. The leaked images display the phone running MIUI 9.6 based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

Redmi Note 6 Pro is a successor of Redmi Note 5 Pro and has a slightly smaller display than Redmi Note 5 Pro. While Redmi Note 5 Pro has a 5.99-inch display, the Redmi Note 6 Pro is expected to have a 5.84-inch display. The company in official renders confirmed that the phone sports a metal body design.

Coming to some other specifications, the phone is available in three RAM variants, 2GB, 3GB and 4GB. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a 4,000mAh battery. In an official invite poster of Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro on Weibo, it was displayed that the phone will have a 19:9 aspect ratio display. The other hinted features were AI for the camera.

The official image renders shared by the company also confirmed that the phone will be available in five colours, which are Rose Gold, Sand Gold, Lake Blue, Black, and Flame Red.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi recently launched Mi Pocket Speaker 2 in India. The speaker priced at Rs 1,499 is available via Mi.com.
